We use ultra-violet (UV) glass jars to protect our honey’s natural enzymes, nutrients, and flavour. Unlike regular glass, UV glass blocks harmful light while allowing in beneficial UV-A and infrared rays, helping preserve freshness, aroma, and potency. It’s not just packaging—it’s protection that keeps our honey as pure as the day it left the hive.
